Overview

This policy covers honovix.ai and www.honovix.ai. It explains what information the site collects, why, and who it is shared with. It does not cover information exchanged during a client engagement, which is governed by that engagement's own agreement.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional), inquiry category, and message you provide.

The site also uses a hidden field to detect automated submissions. It is not shown to visitors and is not a source of personal information.

Your IP address, held briefly in server memory to apply a rate limit against automated submissions, then discarded

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we're a fit for the work described, and follow up about it.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Submissions are shared only with the service providers needed to run the site.

Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email

Vercel — hosts the site and provides anonymized analytics

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — for example, which pages are visited. It does not use cookies or persistent device identifiers, and it is not used to build a profile of individual visitors.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions are kept in our email inbox and in Resend's delivery logs for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and maintain ordinary business records. IP addresses used for rate limiting are held in server memory only and are not written to a database or log store.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not use browser local storage to track visitors.

Your choices

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted to us, email contactus@honovix.ai. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
